Jamiroquai added as second headliner for Dubai Jazz Festival
Performing on the second night of the festival, Jamiroquai will bring their unique blend of jazz-funk to Dubai for the first time since 2013.
While still touring intermittently, the band took a brief hiatus between albums, allowing seven years before finally releasing Automaton in 2017.
Jamiroquai confused America earlier this year when they landed a high-ranking spot on the Coachella festival line up, but the Jamirrenaissance, as everyone should surely be calling it, began last year and has steadily increased with some of the biggest artists in the world calling them an influence.
If you like Chance The Tapper, Tyler the Creator or Pharrell, you probably owe just a little thanks to the influence of Jamiroquai.
Virtual Insanity is more than just a one hit wonder after all, it's the song that put the band on the map with a video that blew everyone away in 1996.
Snow Patrol were first announced to headline the Jazz Festival, and with one more act to be announced this seems like a line up of music that's not to be missed.
