According to Propertyfinder Trends, one of the larges property portals in the UAE, Dubai Marina is the most searched for area in Dubai.

The Palm and Downtown Dubai came in at number two and three, respectively, while mid-range areas like Sports City, Jumeirah Village Circle, and Silicon Oasis followed.

Burj Khalifa was named the most searched for tower in the city. While Princess Tower, Ocean Heights, Elite Residence and Cayan Tower followed.

The finding comes just days after a study conducted by servicemarket.com found that the happiest residents in Dubai live in Emirates Living, which is home to the Springs, Meadows, Lakes, Greens, The Views and Hills.

The five locations scored an average rating of 4.16 out of 5, which was mainly due to the green spaces and amenities available in each of the areas.

Emirates Living was closely followed by JLT, Jumeirah Park and Jumeirah Heights, which rated 4 out of 5 due to the quality of apartments and easy access to restaurants.

Silicon Oasis came in third place due to its spacious buildings and affordable rent.

Satwa, Deira, Al Mamzar and International City were among those with the lowest ratings due to factors like traffic, proximity to schools and facilities.
